"Chi" Meditation - consists of principles & forms from Tai Chi, Chi Kung (Qigong), & Meditation. Its main purpose is to awaken and make you aware of a consciousness we call "Your Silent Master".
I believe it can help you find the serenity, joy, freedom, and power that you possess as an essential part of this universe.

Tai Chi is the Harmony of Yin/Yang. We must first find this harmony within ourselves, harmonizing our body, our mind, and our breath. Then with all things, Heaven, Earth, and Humanity.
Standing Meditation is the first step in all Tai Chi and Qigong practice. This practice will strengthen our bones, improve our sense of balance, and teach us relaxation, and make us aware of our physical and mental tensions. Learning to relax is not difficult, if you know how, and the following method will guide you.
Standing still with your feet shoulders width apart, place your tongue at the roof of your mouth, relax, breath slowly and deeply in and out your nose in a peaceful, calm, and quiet manner. Learn to smile with your breath, as you slowly exhale through the nose. Let your arms drop effortlessly at your sides, armpit slightly open. Now close your eyes and open your heart and mind to feel as if you are a tree deeply rooted into the earth and stretching toward the sky. Relax.
